Revenue-cycle services for medical and dental practices

Eligibility Hub is a revenue-cycle platform and managed service. It verifies coverage, checks product and procedure coverage, prepares authorizations, sends claims, posts payments and works every denial to a decision, through your own software or ours. Each service below shows whether it is available today, launching after setup, partially built or planned.

Grouped by where it sits in the cycle, from enrolling providers to recovering denials.

Move in stages, not all at once

Your current biller keeps working until shadow mode shows our results side by side with theirs.

  1. Agreements

Business Associate Agreement between your practice and Vixel Agency, plus the service agreement.

Who acts: Your practice and Eligibility Hub

    Days

  2. Practice setup

You complete the setup wizard. We verify NPIs, payers and providers.

Who acts: Your practice, then Eligibility Hub

    Typically 1 to 2 weeks

  3. Shadow mode

Your current biller keeps billing. Every claim also runs through our checks on de-identified test data, and we compare results with what was actually paid or denied.

    Who acts: Eligibility Hub

    Typically 30 to 60 days

  4. Enrollment

Claims and ERA enrollment move to our clearinghouse, timed with your current biller's notice period. ERAs can go to only one clearinghouse at a time.

Who acts: Eligibility Hub, with your signatures

Typically 2 to 6 weeks, payer dependent

  5. Live service

Full service, a monthly scorecard, and open denials from the prior biller worked to decision.

    Who acts: Eligibility Hub

    Ongoing

Lengths are typical, not promises, and the phases are not added up into a launch date. Payers set their own timelines.

Outside this scope

  • Signing in to payer, PECOS or CAQH accounts with your passwords, or entering SSNs or bank numbers. Your practice does these steps.
  • Guaranteeing payment or appeal outcomes. We work for clean claims and recoveries; payers decide.
  • Legal advice, and coding audits of medical necessity beyond documentation review.
  • Patient collections calls (available separately).
  • Writing back into a practice-management system we are only given read access to.

Billing for a specific vertical: medical practices or dental practices.

Questions

What does the 1.5% fee cover?

The full service is 1.5% of insurance collections, meaning payments received from payers. Patient payments are not included. Credentialing is priced separately: $99 per payer application (one provider, one payer), billed separately from the 1.5% service fee.

Which services are available today?

Eligibility and benefits verification and insurance verification requests are live. Claims, payment posting, denials, the coverage check and the API are built and switched on for a practice after its setup steps. Prior authorization and AR reporting are partly built. Credentialing: Available. Delivered by our credentialing team.

Can we keep our existing software?

Practices connect through the hub's API or through admin software we build for them. Whether your current system can use the API depends on that system, and we confirm it during setup. Where we only have read access, we prepare posting worksheets instead of writing into it.

Does our current biller have to stop right away?

No. In shadow mode your current biller keeps billing while every claim also runs through our checks on de-identified test data. Enrollment moves to us later, timed with their notice period.

Do you need our payer passwords or bank details?

No. Your practice signs in to payer, PECOS and CAQH accounts and enters SSNs and bank numbers. We never ask for them in setup.
