Payment posting for ERAs and EOBs
Eligibility Hub reads each electronic remittance (835) line by line: allowed, paid, contractual adjustment, patient responsibility and every CARC and RARC reason code. Payments are matched to claims and posted. Paper EOBs are reviewed for underpayments, wrong write-offs and downgrades. For dental, a verified posting worksheet supports systems we can only read.

Questions
What is an ERA?
An electronic remittance advice (835): the payer's line-by-line explanation of what it paid, adjusted or denied on each claim.
Do you handle paper EOBs?
Yes. Forward them and we review each one for underpayments, wrong write-offs and downgrades.
Can you post into our practice-management system?
Where we only have read access, we prepare a verified posting worksheet for your team to enter. We never write into a system we were given read access to.
When do ERAs move to your clearinghouse?
During enrollment, timed with your current biller's notice period. ERAs can go to only one clearinghouse at a time.
