How the service works
The hub does the payer-facing work: verifying coverage, checking whether a specific product and procedure is likely to be covered, requesting authorizations, sending claims, reading payer responses, posting payments and working every denial to a decision.
Every step is tracked, every deadline is computed from payer rules, and every practice's data is kept separate from every other practice's data.
Your practice keeps the steps only it can take: signing in to payer accounts, signing forms and supplying clinical documentation. The services page lists who does what for each one.
How we work
- The fee has a visible basis
- Every price we show names what it is calculated on. The full service is 1.5% of insurance collections, meaning payments received from payers. Patient payments are not included.
- Every task shows who acts next
- Setup steps, applications and appeals each name the person or team that moves them forward.
- Availability is stated, not implied
- Each service is labeled available, launching after setup, partially available or planned. Planned work is not sold as live.
- Patient work stays in the clinical hub
- This website and the customer portal hold business information and aggregate figures only.
- Comparisons are sourced and dated
- When we compare prices, each figure links its source and the date it was checked.
