Provider credentialing and payer enrollment

Eligibility Hub prepares, submits and tracks provider enrollment with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, commercial plans and state Medicaid, and keeps each CAQH ProView profile current. Your practice signs in to payer portals and signs the forms. Credentialing is available now and delivered by our credentialing team. Each application is $99 per provider, per payer.

Who does what

Eligibility Hub does

  • Collect and check every field and document, then pre-fill applications
  • Submit through each payer's route and track every application to approval and effective date
  • Confirm enrollment against CMS public enrollment data
  • Send CAQH re-attestation reminders every 120 days
  • Run monthly OIG and SAM exclusion checks and alert you before licenses and malpractice coverage expire
  • Keep a revalidation calendar (Medicare revalidates every 5 years)

Your practice does

  • Sign in to PECOS, CAQH and payer portals. We never use your passwords.
  • Enter SSNs and bank details, and sign attestations and contracts
  • Upload licenses, malpractice certificates, a W-9 and each provider's CV

Enrollment we handle

Payers and profiles

  • Medicare through PECOS (855I, 855R, 855B), reassignments, revalidation and practice-location changes
  • Medicare Advantage and commercial plans
  • State Medicaid
  • CAQH ProView, the profile most payers read from

Limits worth knowing

  • Payers set their own review times. We track every application but cannot shorten a payer's review.
  • We do not sign in with your passwords or enter SSNs or bank numbers. Your practice does those steps.
